To Eric Chau.I used to have a similar problem with issues of my coin publications not arriving. Turns out that they were being retained somewhere within the postal system. I finally reported the loss of issues to the postal director and somehow they found the bottleneck. Perhaps you might try the same. Anyway, I am going to subscribe again to WCN as I now specialize in World Music/composer coins and I recall WCN being an excellent publication for keeping me abreast of new coin issues, as well as dealers who work on want lists. So I am basing my evaluation on my more recent experiences with WCN.

Rating 1 means Poor service. I started subscribing in Feb 2010. First issue arrived in April 2010. Except for the first 1 or 2 issues that arrive on time in mail, I had to chase the customer service department every month for every other issue. And now, none have been delivered for the past 4 months. And when I asked them again, they tried to wash their hands off.
