Comments:  A gold coin for $50 sounds too good to be true. The size, weight and purity of gold should be indicated.

Comments:  I certainly agree with Mel Wacks: Why would I buy a coin without knowing its composition and size, wt.of metals, etc.? It's an appealing coin concept but not an "impulse buy" at $40!
"Specs Conveniently Left Out" Rating:

Comments:  The proof coin, valued at 1 dollar in the currency of Palau, is 99.99% gold and weighs 0.5 grams. Manufactured in a mintage of 25,000, the 2008 coin is 11 millimeters in diameter.
